Paid for Karaoke Anywhere Platinum Subscription, cannot see any songs still.

Where, and how do I select songs once I have paid? Everything still says "Upgrade" to play or purchase credits. After paying for the app and paying for the subscription, I was unable to use anything except the free songs.

It's for streaming songs.just not new songs, which is added $$ and it's lame

I basically have the same question as SBerkel above. I subscribed to the platinum service, and received a confirmation email from iTunes. However, it's an hour later and your app still does not recognize that I have a subscription. I can understand if there's some lag between iTunes and your service in activating my subscription, but what I find ridiculous is that you don't mention anything about this delay on the app subscription page, in the FAQ page on this website, or even in response to SBerkel above, who posted his issue over a month ago! When people sign up for an online service, they generally expect immediate access. If access is not immediate, they certainly expect to be told about what kind of delay to expect. I now have friends over and we'd like to access the karaoke library, but I have no idea if it will become available at any moment, or whether it will be 24 hours from now (which would be ridiculous).

Me too. Going on 5 days and it still does not recognize my subscription what a let down for new years eve. No phone number to call to complain. Did a google search to find out about jolt at least was able to see pictures of the nerds who are mismanaging things. But no way to contact except by email. I hope they write back and they better give a credit for time or I'm canceling. Oh and of course they were smart enough to make it auto renew. Good job nerds.
